The workshop will provide an in-depth study of the sujet portraiture in pastel technique, through theory and practice from a life model.

 

We will acquire knowledge about anatomy and handling of material through lectures, followed by the complete analysis of the basic elements of drawing: proportion, light and shade, perspective, planes, etc.

 

The instructor works with students individually, depending on the student’s needs, in English or German.

 

This workshop will focus on chalk pastels (not oil pastels) and is for beginning and advanced students.
